Myself Reecha Gupta, I have helped 3,000+ students unlock clarity about their future. My approach bridges psychology, market awareness, and personal strengths, allowing students to align their aspirations with real opportunities.
I have worked with leading career platforms like I Dream Career, conducted CSR-based career workshops, and have experience working in Kraftshala as a Human Skills Trainer, mentoring individuals on CV building, mock interviews, and career transitions.
From recruitment to entrepreneurship, from guiding first-generation learners to building online programs — I brings a hands-on, empathetic, and forward-thinking perspective.
I am on a mission to help 100,000 students to achieve their desired dream career by providing right guidance at right time & by directing them to pursue passion.
My singular aim is to help students in discovering their own interest and to train them in a way where they will be able to listen, analyse, discuss and make informed career decisions.
I am a certified & trained career counselor from ‘I Dream Career’, who have trained more than 2000 career counselors & currently works with over 73,000+ schools across India & the Middle East apart from working with 12 state governments including Delhi, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Karnataka amongst others.
I am certified to take and analyse Psychometric Assessment.
